RCI-international, its member associations and institutions with cooperation contracts\u00a0 are responsible for organizing TCI \u00a0training workshops anywhere.
\nRCI -India, being a member association offers official TCI In India.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Main objective of TCI training is to acquire competence in working with Theme-Centered Interaction (TCI) as conceived by Ruth C. Cohn according to the RCI Training Guidelines. All training elements recognized for these workshops are taught\/led by graduated leaders who have made a contract with RCI International.<\/p>\n

INTRAC-\u00a0 INDIAN TRAINING COMMITTEE<\/strong><\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

INTRAC is the official body responsible for the TCI training conducted under the aegis of\u00a0RCI-India.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The tasks of INTRAC include:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Counsel Trainees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Quality assurance<\/li>\n
    • Discuss & decide about international training in India in consultation with the Teaching staff of RCI India<\/strong> and RCI International.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Prof Motti Thomas Zachariah, Graduate facilitator, RCI International serves as the coordinator of INTRAC.<\/p>\n

      The Teaching staff of RCI India<\/strong><\/h2>\n

       <\/p>\n

      The teaching staff of RCI \u2013India is constituted by the graduate facilitators of RCI-India.<\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Training in TCI\u00a0 \u2013 General Rules of implementation <\/strong><\/h2>\n

       <\/p>\n

      Training Courses <\/strong><\/p>\n

      Courses which are or can be recognized as TCI training courses internationally \u00a0are led as training courses by TCI instructors and are identified as such on the trainee\u2019s certificate of participation.<\/p>\n

      \u00a0Recognized TCI Training Courses:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      TCI- Training Courses recognized by the RCI are:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Announced in the RCI-international Course Catalogue or in those of RCI India, or<\/li>\n
      • Licensed as a training course by RCI-India or<\/li>\n
      • Licensed by a Cooperation Contract between an institution and RCI-international and identified as such in the course announcement or on the participation certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

         <\/p>\n

        TYPES OF TRAINING \u2013 BASIC & ADVANCED<\/strong><\/h1>\n

         <\/p>\n

          Basic\/ Foundation Training in TCI \u2013 leading to International TCI Certificate<\/strong><\/h3>\n

           <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          A TCI group leader holding a certificate will have the ability to introduce into and experiment with basic elements of TCI when leading groups in his\/her professional field<\/em><\/p>\n

           <\/p>\n

          Basic training may take place in two different forms<\/strong><\/h4>\n
            \n
          • Building Block system<\/strong> -allows the participant to pick freely from the seminars offered by RCI<\/li>\n
          • Predetermined Programme<\/strong> -requires to be part of a fixed group till the completion of the basic training programme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Elements<\/em><\/strong> of a basic Training programme<\/strong><\/h4>\n

            1.<\/td>\nDecision-making workshop

            2.<\/td>\nTwo Personality(P) Workshops<\/td>\nat least 54 sessions of 90 minutes<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
            3.<\/td>\nThree Methods(M) Workshops \u2013
            \nM1,M2 & M3<\/td>\n            		at least 54 sessions of 90 minutes<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
            4.<\/td>\nWritten recommendation from one of the instructors<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
            5.<\/td>\nWritten thesis<\/td>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

            \u00a0Personality Workshops (P)<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n
              \n
            • Personality workshops aim at conscious personality development.<\/li>\n
            • They are designed to further develop attitudes, intuition and the ability to assess oneself and others, these being important categories in the TCI-context<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Methods Workshops (M)<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n

              In Methods Workshops (M) the aim is to experience and achieve a cognitive perception of TCI methods and didactics.<\/em><\/p>\n

              \u00a0\u00a0 Recommendation and Written Thesis<\/strong><\/h4>\n

              Using theory as well as practical, reflected experience, participants deal with the \u201ctools\u201d of TCI and their meaning for their own professional field of activity: The requirements for a recommendation are a self-assessment and a written thesis.<\/p>\n

                \n
              • The written thesis is to deal with an aspect from an area of applied TCI, in theory and on the basis of personal practical experience.<\/li>\n
              • For Foundation Training according to the building block system, the recommendation comes from only one trainer, at least two of whose courses have been attended.<\/li>\n
              • Recommendation and written thesis for the CWS has to be in ENGLISH and written using computer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

                  Advanced Training in TCI \u2013 leading to International Diploma<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  A TCI group leader holding a diploma will have \u00a0the ability to lead groups according to \/ using TCI and to apply TCI comprehensively<\/em><\/p>\n

                   <\/p>\n

                  Elements of Advanced Training<\/em><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • 6 courses = 108 sessions of 90 minutes in the following areas:\n
                      \n
                    • Personality Development (P)<\/li>\n
                    • Deepening Courses (D)<\/li>\n
                    • Supervision (S)<\/li>\n
                    • Crises in Groups \/ Individual Crises (C)<\/li>\n
                    • Other Group Processes (G)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                    • A Peer Group accompanying training = 40 sessions of 90 minutes, 20 of them with supervision<\/li>\n
                    • Two recommendations from RCI \u2013 trainers:<\/li>\n
                    • One recommendation resulting from a leadership process.<\/li>\n
                    • A written thesis on aspects of an application project carried out by the trainee her\/himself, its evaluation leading to a further recommendation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
